San Antonio's ONLY hybrid ER & Urgent Care combined medical center, offering a Full Spectrum of unscheduled care options! This hybrid model provides comprehensive, cost-effective care for you and your family with little to no wait time. Upon arrival, you will be evaluated based on National ESI Triage standards to determine the appropriate level of care so that you are only paying for the services you need! Our ER is open 24 HOURS 365 Days a year so we are always here whenever your need arises. We are locally owned by our physicians who are experienced combat veterans and accomplished academic professors. We are hopeful that you will never need our services, but if you do, our team of highly trained professionals will take top notch care of you and your family. We are dedicated to consistently providing the best experience to our patients and the communities we serve. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns. 🚧 SAN ANTONIO TRAFFIC ALERT | PLAN AHEAD THIS WEEKEND!

📢 Full Spectrum is sharing an important traffic update to help our community stay informed and plan ahead!

TxDOT will implement overnight closures at the Loop 1604 and I-10 interchange as part of the Loop 1604 North Expansion Project.

📅 WHEN: Friday, October 16 – Monday, October 19, 2026
⏰ TIME:** 9 PM – 5 AM nightly
🌧️ Weather permitting

🚧 WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
• Eastbound and westbound Loop 1604 frontage roads will be closed at the interchange.
• Eastbound I-10 mainlanes will be closed at the interchange.
• All flyovers will remain OPEN.

🚗 DRIVER REMINDER:
Detours will be in place, including routes using the UTSA Boulevard, La Cantera Parkway, and Kyle Seale Parkway U-turns. Truck and oversized vehicle drivers on eastbound I-10 should follow the designated detour signage.

⚠️Our advice? Allow extra travel time, plan your route before heading out, and follow all posted detour signs to help keep everyone safe.
