What a wonderful way to start the weekend! 💙🌿

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of attending the Community Wellness Collaboration event and leading an Active Movement Session as part of the morning wellness activities.

It was inspiring to be surrounded by people, professionals, and organizations who share a common goal — helping our community become healthier, stronger, and more connected.

A heartfelt thank you to the Amira Abdelkader for inviting me and creating a space where we could come together to celebrate Health, Wellness & Community.

At Get Fit Mantra, we believe wellness isn't about perfection — it's about taking small, consistent steps toward feeling better physically, mentally, and emotionally. I was grateful to share that energy through movement yesterday. 🙏✨
