Gold Star Hospice is currently seeking two hospice-eligible patients to serve as we complete our initial survey process.

This means our agency is in the final stage of demonstrating that we meet the required standards for providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality hospice care. During this process, eligible patients and their families will receive attentive care, education, comfort, and support from our dedicated hospice team.

Our mission is to make a meaningful difference—not only for our patients, but also for the families and caregivers walking beside them.

If you or someone you love has a life-limiting illness and may benefit from hospice care, please contact us for a private consultation. Eligibility is determined through a clinical evaluation and physician certification. Choosing hospice is always the patient’s and family’s decision.
