This week we celebrate World Orthoptic Day! 🌎

Kaylee Flores, CO and Claire Hennessey, CO specialize in the evaluation and treatment of eye movement problems, binocular vision, and visual function in both children and adults.

They both work with Dr. Charles McCash and Dr. Rachel Cooley with patients that have conditions such as Amblyopia, Strabismus and Diplopia (Double Vision).

We are delighted they are on our team to take care of you! They are both awesome!

Vision screening is a way to find children who might have eye problems or vision issues. The goal is to find problems early so they can be fixed. Screenings happen at schools, doctor offices, and in the community. If there is a concern about vision, how the eyes line up, or how the eyes look at these screenings, a more in-depth examination with an eye doctor is recommended.

Please call Children's Eye Center of South Texas, PA at 210-340-6633 to schedule an appointment, if your child might have problems or vision issues identified by the school nurse or Pediatrician!

Our facility is a healing environment. Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated.
Examples of behavior not tolerated:

• Physical Assault
• Verbal/Written Harassment
• Abusive/Foul Language
• Threats

Any incidents involving inappropriate or aggressive behavior may result in termination of the patient/provider relationship, removal from the facility and/or legal action.
