This morning, we joyfully welcomed the 499th baby born inside the SANM Birth Center! 🥹🤎

Every birth, every family, and every tiny miracle has helped write the beautiful story of SANM. We are overwhelmed with gratitude for the hundreds of families who have trusted us to walk beside them during one of life’s most sacred moments.

And now…the countdown is almost complete.

Monday evening, we welcomed SANM Baby number 497 into the world — right into her father’s hands. Listen to how he is encouraging and praying for momma! 🥹🤎✨There is something so special about this countdown. 497 babies. 497 birth stories. Hundreds of families who trusted us to be part of one of the most sacred moments of their lives!
We are officially just THREE BABIES AWAY FROM 500! 🎉
As we get closer, I’m feeling incredibly blessed, grateful, emotional, and EXCITED. What started as a dream has grown into hundreds of babies welcomed with love, intention, and respect. Every single baby has been part of the SANM story, and we don’t take one single birth journey for granted.

Right before midnight, our last July guess date welcomed their sweet baby girl earthside. Baby #496! Second time mom, first time out of hospital experience. 🥰

We’re officially just FOUR babies away from baby #500 born IN the birth center! The countdown is on! 🎉🍼🤎

Baby number 495 arrived today!!!! An amazing repeat family trusted us to care for them once again! LOVVVVEEE repeat families. I am so thankful for y’all. 🥹 Congratulations again y’all! Amazing quick birth! And you made it to the water!! We had to give you a hand! 🤣🤣 look at that cord insertion!

Met another sweet babe a few hours ago! Momma@worked but had an amazing birth/support team cheering her on! Honored to help this repeat family usher in another beautiful baby. Congratulations again y’all!! ❤️❤️

What a wonderful day today was! First of all let’s give a shout out to this momma!! She did it!!!! Pushed for less than 40 minutes! Which is super quick for a first time momma. And what an awesome birth it was, daddy caught his baby with the Ray-Ban | Meta on! Congratulations y’all!! Welcome JT!!❤️❤️
Also this was Domanique McIver, BSN, RN and Nikki McIver-Brown, APRN, CNM first birth together as RNs… a moment I’ll carry with me forever. Watching my daughter, just one month into being an RN, step into her birth center RN role with such strength, compassion, and confidence filled me with so much pride. Standing beside her not only as her mom but as her teammate during our first solo birth together was truly special. So proud of the nurse and woman she’s becoming—this is just the beginning. 🤣 🥹🥹
