Dr. Pisano, A proud Texan hailing from Waco and raised in San Antonio. He's a UT Austin Plan II Honors College graduate with a Biochemistry degree. After earning his M.D. from UT Health Science Center-Southwestern Medical School, he honed his skills through extensive training, including surgery in Buffalo and plastic surgery in Houston.

Passionate about breast reconstruction, Dr. Pisano co-founded PRMA with Dr. Peter Ledoux. With 29+ years in private practice, he's a pioneer in autologous tissue reconstruction, having performed over 3000 procedures. His expertise covers various techniques like DIEP, SIEA, TUG, SGAP, and more.

Dr. Pisano's advocacy extends to legislative work at state and national levels, fighting for insurance coverage and patient access to healthcare.
