Just got home from our Leadership Collective at The Brokerage Inc., and my heart is full. Thank you, Coverage2Care!

There’s something special about spending time with leaders who are willing to share ideas, celebrate each other’s successes, and help one another grow. Having all of my agency leaders together in one place made it so special! I came home with a notebook full of ideas, a renewed sense of purpose, and so much inspiration for what lies ahead.

Most of all, I’m grateful for the relationships. Thank you to everyone who invested their time, knowledge, and energy into making this such a meaningful few days.

Here’s to continued growth, collaboration, and helping even more people in the year ahead. 🧡
