Are you looking for meaningful work that helps transform the healthcare experiences of individuals with disabilities? Power to Marc is looking for a Bilingual Practice Specialist (Spanish/English) to join our growing team in San Antonio, Texas.

Practice Specialists are unique professionals within the Practice Without Pressure® model. They prepare, coach, support, and advocate for individuals before and during medical and dental appointments through individualized practice sessions, caregiver coaching, and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Power to Marc provides comprehensive onboarding and training through our proprietary Practice Specialist curriculum, equipping team members with the specialized knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed in this innovative role.

What we're looking for:
✔ Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and directly related professional experience.

✔ Professional fluency in both English and Spanish.

✔ Experience supporting individuals with disabilities, behavioral health needs, or other vulnerable populations.

✔ Compassion, creativity, professionalism, and a commitment to helping others succeed.

✔ A valid Texas driver's license and willingness to travel locally throughout the San Antonio area.

This is such important legislation. Power to Marc is proud to back the Charlotte Woodward Organ Transplant Discrimination Prevention Act (H.R. 1520 / S. 1782), which will soon be considered by the Senate. This bipartisan bill prohibits health care providers from denying or restricting access to organ transplants based solely on a patient’s physical or mental disability. Myth: Restraint is the only way to get through a dental visit or a blood draw.
It's a story we hear multiple times a day — and one our founder experienced first-hand. It's also one we're working to change. With practice at the person's own pace, people with IDD can learn to participate in their own medical, dental, and personal care without being held down.
Behavior is communication. When we take the pressure off, we make room for involvement, confidence, and trust, not just compliance.
