You can be grateful and overwhelmed.

You can feel love andneed space.

You can be healing and still feel pain.

You can forgive and protect your boundaries.

Mental health isn't black and white. Life is full of emotions that can exist side by side, and that's okay.

Growth doesn't mean never struggling. Healing doesn't mean never hurting. Strength isn't the absence of vulnerability.

Give yourself permission to hold multiple truths at once. You don't have to choose between being strong and needing support, being thankful and feeling exhausted, or moving forward and honoring your pain.

Your feelings are valid, even when they seem contradictory.
