•Our first meeting will be all about your birth wishes, creating a birth plan, discussing concerns, education on movement, positioning, comfort measures and more. The goal is for you to leave feelings fully informed on all options!
•Our second meeting will be scheduled in your home , this one is all about hands on. Partners presence is required. I will be teaching you how to use robozo, breathe , partner work for comfort and positioning for labor. We will also discuss pelvic positioning during pregnancy.
•Each session is 1 hour.
•Sessions may be purchased separately.
