Join us August 29 at Texas Public Radio for SAAF's gala-brunch honoring four decades of compassion, care, and community. Featuring keynote speaker Dr. José M. Zuniga, President/CEO of International Association of Providers of AIDS Care (IAPAC) Fast-Track Cities Institute (FTCI), and Fast-Track Health (FTH) and global health leader, plus the inaugural Ron Malone Memorial Award celebrating a man whose support helped build the SAAF we know today.

From San Antonio Tavern Guild AIDS Foundation in 1986 to serving thousands across San Antonio—this legacy is worth celebrating.

The San Antonio AIDS Foundation (SAAF) and
The Care Clinic will CLOSE at 4 PM Wednesday, July 22, 2026 to repair a water line.The Care Clinic Pharmacy will remain open until 5 PM. Cafe SAAF will have dinner meals as takeaway at lunch time. 🍲🥗

Lace up and join us for a 5K Run and 2-Mile Walk supporting SAAF's mission for a healthy San Antonio!

All ages welcome. Pets on leash or in stroller welcome too.

Celebrate with live music, a health fair, local vendors, and community resources. Warm up with us before the race, then cross that finish line knowing your steps fund free HIV/STI testing, medical care, meals, housing, mental health, and support services for people in need.

Gift a Bib to Thrive Youth and give an LGBTQ young experiencing homelessness a safe, inclusive way to take part. This registration goes to Thrive Youth Center' youth.
