Welcome to this first of Chromosome 18 Answers! Join us every Tuesday for a new educational video from one of the leading chromosome 18 experts!

We're kicking off Chromosome 18 Answers with our August series on Seizures and chromosome 18. For a bonus sneak peark, we're introducing Dr. Kameel Karkar, a neurologist with subspecialty expertise in seizures and epilepsy and the Medical Director of the Chromosome 18 Clinical Research Center. In this brief introduction, Dr. Karkar shares his role at the Center and his commitment to improving the lives of individuals with chromosome 18 conditions through clinical care and research.

Throughout August, Dr. Karkar will answer some of the most common questions families have about seizures and epilepsy for people living with chromosome 18 conditions.

Next month is out Chromosome 18 Spanish-speaking Parent/Caregiver Support Call!
