I was going to wait to post these… but there was NO WAY. 😍 These lips turned out way too good not to immediately share.

Her natural lip shape has more of an “M” shape through the upper lip, which can sometimes make lip filler a little more challenging. Instead of trying to completely change her natural anatomy, we worked with it.

The goal was hydration, soft volume, and that perfectly plump look while still keeping her lips natural and balanced with the rest of her face.

And THIS is why I love “natural-looking” lip filler. 🤌🏼 They’re fuller. They’re hydrated. They have more shape. But they still look like her lips.

Look closely at the difference through her jawline and neck.

For this treatment, I strategically placed Dysport along the jawline and in the chin to help relax the muscles that contribute to downward pull.

And you can SEE it. ✨ That subtle definition through her jawline and the smoother, more lifted appearance into the neck is exactly what we were going for.

This is often referred to as a Nefertiti lift. And for this patient, we didn’t even treat her neck or platysmal bands. Just the jawline and chin!

This treatment isn’t meant to completely change your lower face. It’s one of those subtle tweaks where you look a little more lifted, defined and refreshed without being able to pinpoint exactly why. 🤌🏼

So… how long does Sculptra actually last? 👀✨💉

The answer isn’t exactly the same for everyone.

Sculptra is a biostimulator, meaning it works gradually by stimulating your body to produce more of its own collagen. And because every person ages differently and responds differently to treatment, there isn’t one exact timeline I can give every patient.

Once we’ve completed your initial Sculptra series and worked on restoring some of the collagen you’ve lost over time, I typically like to reassess around 12–18 months.

That doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll need another treatment right then. Some patients are ready around 12 months, while others may go 18–24 months before deciding they want more.

A good general rule? After your initial series, plan on Sculptra maintenance about every 1–2 years, depending on your goals, age and how your body responds. ☺️

This is why I love Sculptra so much. We’re not chasing instant volume. We’re creating gradual, natural-looking changes by working with your own collagen.

I’m not usually one to chase trends… but Sculptra is one I’ll make an exception for. 👏🏼

This is after ONE Sculptra session, about 2 months later. And while age is definitely a factor when we’re talking about collagen loss, it’s not the only reason someone may benefit from Sculptra.

Even younger patients may be great candidates if you:
- naturally have a thinner face
