Flexibility in management style is a must at this company, and a job here is considered to be a group of tasks rather than a place one goes to work. Each contract labor position is designed with our employees in mind; to fit and maximize their skills, career goals, and personal situation. Flexible work arrangements include altered scheduling, reduced hours, compressed workweek, job sharing, and medical time off as needed; and employees receive daily job coaching to ensure their success in assigned tasks. Managers are trained to set goals carefully with individuals and teams, and to evaluate performance based on results, rather than the hours employees are at their assigned work area. There is give-and-take in our environment, and when business needs increase, all employees work together to do what it takes to get the job done.

National Disability Employment Awareness Month, or NDEAM, is an opportunity to recognize the skills, contributions, and value that employees with disabilities bring to the workplace. At our company, NDEAM is also a time to celebrate the different talents and strengths that every employee brings to the team. We celebrate NDEAM annually in October to recognize the skills, talents, and contributions of people with disabilities in workplaces and communities like ours.

As part of Hispanic Heritage Month and closing out September, we would like to take this moment to share an article about our CEO, Raul Tintori. From his humble beginnings to where he is now with his company, it is an encouraging journey of growth and perseverance. We'd like to congratulate Raul on this journey and the step he took in his life, as it not only provided jobs for those with disabilities but also showed that, no matter what ethnicity you are, success can come. It takes trial and error but it can be done.
