Our hearts and prayers go out to every family, first responder, and community affected by this week's tornadoes.

The devastation left behind is heartbreaking, and we stand in solidarity with those who have lost loved ones, homes, businesses, and cherished memories. During times like these, we are reminded of the strength that comes from neighbors helping neighbors and communities coming together to support one another.

Please continue to keep everyone impacted in your thoughts and prayers. If you are able, consider supporting local relief efforts through trusted organizations that are providing food, shelter, medical care, and other essential resources.

From all of us at My Home Hospice, we are praying for comfort, healing, strength, and hope for every individual and family affected.

"God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble." – Psalm 46:1

Families starting to ask, “what now?”

And later, we hear the same thing:
“We wish we started sooner.”

If you’re seeing someone like this right now,
we can help.

Palm Sunday isn’t loud.
It’s quiet. Intentional. Real.

We see it in the small moments—
a hand held a little longer,
a conversation that finally gets said,
a room filled with presence instead of fear.

This week reminds us…
love doesn’t have to be big to matter.
It just has to show up.

And when it does,
it changes everything.

What’s something you’ve held onto lately that actually matters?

Most families don’t realize it’s time until they’re already overwhelmed.

In and out of the hospital.
Treatments not working like they used to.
Everyone asking, “what do we do next?”

Hospice at home isn’t giving up.
It’s support, comfort, and clarity - right where it matters most.

If you’re seeing this with a patient or someone you love, I’m here to help guide that conversation.
