Behind every great team is someone keeping everything running smoothly—and at Neighborly Senior Placement, that's Rona Graubart, our Operations and Marketing Manager.

With a background spanning resident development, resident services, and mental health advocacy, Rona brings both heart and strategy to everything she does. Her passion for helping people and building meaningful connections helps drive Neighborly's mission of supporting seniors, families, and professional partners throughout the Bay Area.

Beyond her role at Neighborly, Rona serves as the Board Secretary for the NPRA San Francisco/Bay Area Chapter, where she continues to strengthen relationships and create opportunities within the senior services community.

With more than 15 years of experience in senior living and healthcare, KayeVon brings a unique blend of industry expertise, compassion, and advocacy to every family she serves. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and an RCFE-certified professional, serves as Board Vice President of the National Placement and Referral Alliance (NPRA) SF Bay Area Chapter, and is a proud local partner of Sensational Seniors.
