Residents at The Seville of San Clemente recently gathered for a delightful Wine Tasting Experience that combined great company with expert education. Guided by a professional sommelier and wine expert, residents explored a variety of carefully selected wines while learning about their origins, tasting notes, aromas, flavor profiles, and ideal food pairings.

From the bold and expressive Spanish Termes Tempranillo to the smooth and approachable California Bonanza Cabernet, each wine offered a unique journey for the senses. Residents enjoyed discovering the subtle differences between varietals while engaging in lively conversation and sharing their personal favorites.

The afternoon was filled with laughter, learning, and meaningful connections as friends gathered around beautifully decorated tables to sip, savor, and expand their knowledge of wine.
