Advanced Center For Sports & Musculoskeletal Medicine Born and raised in Southern California, Dr. Sickinger has been an athlete his whole life.

His interest in sports accompanied him throughout his education and ultimately led him into the medical profession where he became a Sports/Musculoskeletal Board Certified Physician. Dr. Sickinger attended San Diego State University where he graduated Magna Cum Laude obtaining bachelor’s degrees in both Kinesiology and Cell Biology. After, he graduated from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic

Medicine where he finished in the top 25% of his class. He excelled in his Internship, and after was appointed Co-Chief of his residency program in Long Beach, California. Dr. Sickinger was selected into the prestigious University of Pittsburgh Medical Center where he completed a fellowship in Sports Medicine. His medical interests include minimally invasive ultrasound guided procedures, as well as regenerative medicine. Dr. Sickinger is married to his beautiful wife Dr. Maryam Sickinger; They have one son and enjoy many outdoor activities in the southern California climate.
