It’s a question my clients ask often… “how do I know I’m getting better?” Therapists can give you assessments like the GAD or PHQ-9 to track progress but sometimes you can see progress with self-awareness too!

Values guide us to feeling more aligned with our goals and can even improve relationships. Just think…what if we set aside our fears and just let our values guide the show?
