Have you tried the Free 30 minute monthly community mindfulness practices of the Fresh Air Online Reset Circle? Mark your calendars for self care happening Monday September 21st from 12-12:30pm with Bereavement Coordinator Rebekah Finn Rebekah Finn. Text her 858.833.0546 to get the registration link to join others, get outside or be near an open window and be guided through a visualization beach meditation. This is a great way to get a mindfulness practice in with others and take a break mid day. Hope to see you there.

Save the Date for the 2026 FREE Annual Memorial Waves of Life Ceremony on Thursday November 5th from 3:30-5pm SMFOL. Each year staff and volunteer craft a special remembrance ceremony to honor those who transitioned over the last year. Did you know we offer a Free Monthly Sound Experience for Grief where all grief is welcome to take up space and be with other grievers in community? This event is an invitation to simply show up as you are wearing comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and let the vibrational sounds and vocals of unconditional love to move through you. There is no right or wrong way to receive. This is led by Bereavement Coordinator Rebekah Finn Rebekah Finn and it’s a safe sacred space to allow emotions to arise. We understand multiple feeling can coexist. These community offering is available the first Sunday of each month from 3-4pm at our office 7071 Convoy Ct Ste 101, San Diego, Ca 92111. Did you know we offer a free monthly online Fresh Air Reset Circle the 3rd Monday of each month? You can join us via zoom in the comfort of your own outdoor space, on camera, off camera and be guided through a 30 minute practices with Bereavement Coordinator Rebekah Finn Rebekah Finn. August 17th she will be sharing breathing exercises from 12-12:30pm. We started offering these online practices to give those who are seeking community and are unable to come in person or feel more comfortable at home.
