The pelvic floor and deep core muscles are the foundations of a strong core system. Fixing these will help you in many aspects of your personal life as well as your strength training.
This workshop is for you if you:
- experience ANY leaking, either with jumping, lifting, sneezing, coughing, and/or laughing
- have a hard time making it to the bathroom without leaking
- suffer from low back pain when you squat, deadlift, or with any other exercise
- feel weakness in your core
- not sure how to engage your core
- are pregnant or still doing postpartum healing
- experience pain with s*x (either upon insertion or with deeper pe*******on)
- have constipation or strain to p**p.
I talk about peeing, p**ping, and s*x because if you have symptoms, you may be suffering from pelvic floor dysfunction which can affect your strength training and overall health.
In this workshop, you will learn about:
- the pelvic floor
- the deep core muscles (not the 6-pack muscles)
- issues relating to the pelvic floor: urine leaking, low back pain, pelvic or hip pain, pain with in*******se, etc.
- exercises to connect to your diaphragm, pelvic floor, and deep core
- how to properly engage your core muscles during lifting
