Hidden mold in your dishwasher can be making you sick.

Do you leave your dishwasher door open after using it?

You may want to do so.

Because the buildup of moisture in the dishwasher can create a breeding ground for mold.

Mold releases biotoxins that can end up on your dishes and into your body causing significant health issues.

causing symptoms like fatigue, brain, fall, allergies, joint pain, headaches, and so much more.

This is why it is very important to leave your dishwasher machine door open after using it to allow it to dry.

Premature grey hair is not always “just genetics.” 👀

If you’re going grey in your 20s, 30s, or even 40s, your body could be signaling deeper nutrient imbalances.

Research suggests genetics may only explain part of premature greying — nutrient deficiencies and oxidative stress can also play a major role.

Here are 4 key nutrients I look at:
• Copper → helps activate melanin production
• B12 → supports the cells that produce hair pigment
• Iron → delivers oxygen to those cells
• Vitamin D → helps protect the stem cells involved in hair color

Low levels of these nutrients may contribute to premature greying over time.

Foods like high-quality beef and nutrient-dense whole foods can help support healthy levels, and supplementation may be helpful if testing shows deficiencies.

If you’re noticing early grey hairs, it may be worth asking your doctor to evaluate your nutrient status.

Your liver processes hundreds of toxins every single day.

When the burden exceeds your body’s capacity to clear it, symptoms show up in places you’d never expect.

Liver detox works in two phases. Phase 1 converts toxins into reactive intermediates. Phase 2 neutralizes and packages them for elimination. When either phase is underpowered — from nutrient deficiencies or toxic overload — those intermediates accumulate and cause damage.

This shows up as: skin breakouts that don’t respond to topicals, persistent brain fog, sensitivity to perfumes and chemicals, hormonal imbalances, and that heavy sluggish feeling that never lifts.

The supplements I use to support both phases:

→ Liposomal glutathione — master antioxidant and the central molecule in Phase 2 detox

→ Milk thistle — liver cell protection and regeneration support

→ NAC — glutathione precursor for sustained endogenous production

→ Broccoli seed extract — activates the NRF2 pathway, your body’s master detox switch

Things I buy from Costco as a naturopathic doctor.

Costco has a huge grocery selection which could be confusing for some.

But if you look closely, there are some great decently healthy food options that are convenient.

In this video, I review some of the things I commonly buy from Costco as a naturopathic doctor.

I am not saying that these foods are perfect. Some are processed and most are packaged in plastic.

However, having some of these healthy food options at home prevents you from eating fast food, which is far worse.

It also can help you save money. Because eating out can be very expensive.

Be sure to save this video for the next time you go to Costco.
