If you’ve been in for a session recently, you may have already felt her calm, intentional energy in the treatment room🤍

Dr. Ashten trained at Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland, one of the top schools in the country for traditional Chinese medicine.

Her focus? Pain relief, women’s health & hormones, nervous system regulation and skin health through facial acupuncture and integrative aesthetics. She builds each treatment plan around you, not just a diagnosis.

When she’s not in the treatment room, you’ll find her curled up with a book and her cat Miso, hunting down the best new restaurant in town, making jewelry, or out rollerblading and hiking 🏞️

We’re hiring at Sage Haven🥳🥳🥳

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Client Experience Coordinator (Front Desk) to join us onsite at our Pacific Beach wellness center.

This role is perfect for someone who is warm, polished, highly organized, and loves being the person who keeps everything running smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and play a key role in creating the elevated, supportive experience Sage Haven is known for.

In this role, you’ll greet and check in clients, support pre-booking and memberships, manage clinic flow, assist with inventory and operations, and help ensure every visit reflects the thoughtful, high-touch care our community expects.

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, confident in client interactions, and excited to grow within a fast-growing women’s wellness brand.

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday
Location: Pacific Beach, San Diego
30–32 hours per week
Starting at $22/hour with growth opportunities

We’re beyond excited to welcome Kiana Adams, CMT — a certified massage therapist with over a decade of experience in luxury spa and integrative bodywork. 💆🏻‍♀️

Kiana blends advanced techniques in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Thai, Shiatsu, Lymphatic Massage, and Somatic Healing to create an experience that’s more than just relaxation — it’s restoration.

Her work is deeply trauma-informed and heart-centered, supporting emotional release, nervous system regulation, and pre- and postnatal care. Through grounded presence and mindful touch, Kiana helps clients feel safe, seen, and truly at home in their bodies. 🤍
