Faith…can it actually change your hormones?

The older I get, the more I realize:
Wellness isn’t just diet, exercise, or skincare…
It’s spiritual.
It’s emotional.
It’s relational.

Every week I take a day to reset —
to pray, to rest, to gather with community,
and to be with the people who lift me up.

Faith quiets my mind.
Community strengthens my heart.
Rest restores my body. Church helps me balance my hormones by reducing cortisol and renewing my outlook.

And just as important…
I’ve learned to release anything that dimmed my light.

Toxic energy.
One-sided relationships.
Environments that drained me.

Letting go was the most powerful beauty treatment I’ve ever done.
Because when your soul is well, your body can finally heal —
and THAT’S when the real glow begins.

Make space for faith.
