✨ 9•9 PORTAL MEDITATION ✨

Tonight • September 9

Tonight I’m opening a space for a special 9•9 Portal Meditation, centered on completion, release, integration, and conscious becoming.

In numerology and many spiritual traditions, 9 symbolizes completion, the closing of a cycle before another begins. Tonight, I’m using 9•9 as a symbolic threshold, not to run from what has been, but to recognize what has served its purpose and consciously decide what moves forward with us.

This meditation will be an embodied journey through breath, touch, awareness, visualization, and intention.

We will explore:

✨ What has completed?
✨ What am I finished carrying?
✨ What wisdom remains after I release the experience?
✨ What deserves to come forward with me?
✨ Who am I choosing to become in the cycle ahead?

This is not about pretending the past never happened.

Release does not require erasure.
Completion does not mean something was meaningless.
We can honor what was, retain its wisdom, and stop carrying its weight.

Tonight we breathe through the body, touch the energetic centers, move through a symbolic doorway, and create space for greater clarity, health, abundance, wealth, love, purpose, discernment, and embodied sovereignty.

The portal is not merely a date on the calendar.

Awareness is a doorway.
Choice is a doorway.
Breath is a doorway.
Embodiment is where we walk through it.

9 • 9

What has completed, I honor.
What has taught me, I integrate.
What has become too heavy, I release.
What is mine to become, I meet consciously.

🌬️ Breathe. Release. Integrate. Choose. Embody.

🧘🏾‍♂️ MEDITATION WEDNESDAY • WEEK FOUR
Embodied Meditation Practices

Tonight we continue the journey inward.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve explored meditation not simply as sitting still or trying to quiet the mind, but as an embodied practice of awareness, breath, movement and presence.

Tonight we deepen that experience.

We begin with the body.

We move.
We breathe.
We stretch.
We feel.
We listen.

And gradually, movement becomes quieter.

The breath becomes more noticeable.

The body begins to settle without being forced to settle.

This is especially for the restless meditator.

The person whose mind keeps moving.
The person who finds it difficult to “just sit still.”
The person who has wondered whether they are somehow doing meditation wrong.

Maybe stillness isn’t always where meditation begins.

Sometimes we have to move our way into stillness.

Through embodied meditation, we explore the body as part of the meditation rather than something we have to overcome in order to meditate.

Tonight we practice noticing sensation, breath, positioning, movement and the subtle spaces between them.

Not chasing an experience.

Not forcing the mind to become empty.

Simply becoming more available to what is already happening within us.

🌀 MOVEMENT MONDAY — WEEK 4
Embodied Breath Geometry
Breath • Movement • Geometry • Awareness

Greetings All,
Tonight we enter our fourth Movement Monday, moving beyond simply learning the movements and deeper into feeling what the movement is doing within us.

The body communicates through sensation.
Breath gives us a way to listen.
Movement gives that awareness direction.

Tonight we explore how position, direction, breath, geometry, and awareness work together as one embodied practice.

We’ll move through familiar patterns, allowing repetition to become refinement:

🔹 Lines to extend and direct
🔹 Circles to mobilize and flow
🔹 Figure Eights to coordinate and integrate
🔹 Spirals to rotate, open, and transform
🔹 Grounding and settling to bring everything back into the body

Rather than rushing toward the next movement, tonight we pay attention to what changes inside the movement.

Where does the breath naturally expand?

Where does the body resist?

Where does movement become easier when we stop forcing it?

Where can awareness change the quality of an ordinary motion?

This is the heart of Embodied Breath Geometry: not performing shapes, but experiencing geometry through the living body.

Come breathe.
Come move.
Come explore.

🧘🏾‍♂️ MEDITATION WEDNESDAY III TONIGHT AT 6:30 PM

Meditation does not always begin with stillness.

Sometimes the body needs to move before it can settle.
Sometimes the breath needs room before the mind becomes quiet.
Sometimes awareness begins simply by noticing what is happening within you.

Tonight’s Meditation Wednesday continues our exploration of Embodied Meditation Practices, using breath, gentle movement, touch, positioning, and awareness to gradually guide ourselves toward a deeper meditative state.

This is meditation for the restless meditator.
For the busy mind.
For the person who has tried to “clear their thoughts” and wondered why the thoughts apparently never received the memo. 😂

We are not fighting the mind or forcing the body into stillness.

We are learning to arrive.

🌿 Move with awareness.
🌬️ Breathe with intention.
🌀 Feel what is happening within the body.
🧘🏾‍♂️ Allow stillness to emerge rather than demanding it.

Whether you are new to meditation or have practiced for years, come explore another way of going inward.
