The hustle is real, and it shouldn't mean sacrificing your ✨️well-being✨️. I'm in a fortunate position to be able to trade my work with like-licensed individuals, but because the barter system doesn't tend to overlap, I offer a discount.

A disclaimer: I'm not an economist. Just a tired participant. Book now through the link in bio.

One step at a time is ✨️just fine✨️

Juggling full-time work, passion projects, and the beginning stages of entrepreneurship is not for the faint of heart. I know so many people (especially San Diegans) are caught in a consistent web of making everything work in addition to this glorious, daily process of BECOMING. This is your reminder that every version of you deserves rest and care💆‍♂️💆‍♀️

Welcome!

My name is Taylor and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for just over 3 years. After completing my certification at the Massage Institute of North Texas in 2020, I worked as an LMT for over a year before moving to San Diego, California.

While Massage Therapy is my passion, I have always found a home in the Food + Beverage industry, and after working in restaurants for 15+ years, I am acutely aware of the stress inflicted upon and maintained by hospitality employees.

It is my mission to provide affordable services to industry professionals and give back to a hard-working community that makes a living putting others' needs before themselves.

Stay tuned for more!
