Touch is more than physical contact…
it’s communication.

The body can feel the difference
between being handled
and being truly held.

Between rushed…
and intentional.
Between distracted…
and fully present.

Your nervous system is always listening.

It doesn’t just register that you’re being touched—
it feels how you’re being met.

The energy.
The pace.
The intention behind it.

Energy is always moving through the body;
like a current beneath the surface.

When we feel unsafe, overwhelmed, or unseen,
that flow can become guarded…
restricted…
held in places that start to feel like tension.

Safe, attuned touch helps restore that movement.

It creates space for energy to flow again;
softening what’s been braced,
unwinding what’s been held,
and bringing the system back into rhythm.

It reminds the body:
you’re not in danger.
you don’t have to brace.
you can let go now.

In a world that often disconnects us from ourselves,
this kind of presence becomes medicine.

Not because something is being fixed,
but because something is finally being felt…
and allowed to move.

I’m here for you ✨🌙

Your baby’s body is incredibly intelligent.

Every birth;
whether vaginal, induced, or cesarean
leaves an imprint on the nervous system.

During a vaginal birth, a baby’s head is designed to gently compress and mold as it moves through the birth canal.
This natural pressure supports the cranial bones, helps activate the nervous system, and encourages fluid movement through the body.

When a baby is born via cesarean, they don’t receive that same compression.

And while a C-section can be life-saving and absolutely necessary,
it simply means their body may not have had the same opportunity to experience that natural “reset” or squeeze.

Other births—long labors, fast deliveries, use of forceps or vacuum—can also create patterns of tension in the body.

This is where Craniosacral Therapy comes in.

Through gentle, hands-on support, it can help:

• Encourage balance in the cranial bones
• Support nervous system regulation
• Ease tension from birth patterns
• Improve feeding, digestion, and sleep
• Create a sense of safety in the body

I’m here for you and your little one 💖

A still point isn’t something we force…
it’s something the body arrives to when it finally feels safe enough to soften.

In Craniosacral Therapy, a still point is a natural pause in the body’s rhythm;
a quiet moment where everything stops trying so hard.

No fixing.
No pushing.
No performing.

Just space.

And in that space…
the nervous system begins to downshift.
The breath deepens.
The body lets go of what it’s been holding, sometimes for years.

This is where regulation begins.
Not through effort, but through permission.

At a still point, your system isn’t being told what to do—
it’s being given the chance to remember what it already knows.

Because your body isn’t broken.
It’s been protecting you.

And when it feels met…
it starts to unwind on its own.

🌙

Healing doesn’t always look like doing more.
Sometimes it looks like finally feeling safe enough to do less.

Hot stones aren’t just relaxation… they’re regulation. 🔥

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, heat is used to move what’s stuck, warm what’s depleted, and bring the body back into balance.

When I use hot stones in session, we’re not just working on muscles—we’re working on your Qi (energy), Blood flow, and nervous system.

✨ Warmth helps:
• Release deep, stubborn tension
• Improve circulation + lymphatic flow
• Move stagnant energy (where pain lives)
• Calm the nervous system + ease anxiety
• Support organs like the kidneys + digestion
• Bring your body out of fight-or-flight

This is why it feels deeper than a massage…
Your body isn’t just relaxing—
it’s remembering what safety feels like.

If you’ve been feeling tight, overwhelmed, or “stuck” in your body…
this is your sign to soften.
Close your eyes.
Relax your jaw.
Drop your shoulders.

Cupping therapy uses gentle suction to lift the tissue, which can help increase circulation, release tight muscles, support lymphatic drainage, and reduce tension in the body. Many people find it helpful for soreness, stiffness, stress, and overall relaxation.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, cupping is also used along pathways in the body called meridians. Certain areas of the back are connected with different organ systems, so cupping may be used to support things like the lungs, digestion, or liver function from a TCM perspective.

At Mellow Moon, cupping is used with care and intention to support tension relief, recovery, and nervous system regulation.
