This study only looked at immune supplements. It doesn’t mean everything on Amazon is fake.
Good reviews don’t mean you can trust what’s inside the bottle.
“Third-party tested” means an outside lab checked it, not just the company that sells it.
I do buy some supplements on Amazon.
But only from the brand’s own store, never from other sellers reselling it. And when I can, I skip Amazon and buy straight from the brand.
Check the “Sold by” line before you add to cart. It should say the brand’s name.
Send this to the friend who stocks up on immune supplements every fall.
