Plane rides + post-surgery recovery + stress = my back was done. So I got cupped. 😮‍💨

Cupping is one of the tools I use in practice for muscle tension and pain, and I use it on myself too. Pairing it with movement helps the release actually stick.

Four months ago, I wasn’t sure my hand would let me practice again.

Today, I welcomed people into Hilom’s new space in Solana Beach. 🤍 I’m so happy and excited to be part of Connected Collective

We had the tastiest teas from Point Loma Tea - cheese bread, turon, and Sidecar donuts (balance, obviously 😂), plus good conversations and a little acupuncture and cupping in between.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared the news, or came to celebrate. It was a really good day.
