I haven’t posted in so long… I’m so thankful for everyone that’s reached out to keep in touch with us and to check on the kids. We have just been non stop busy! So busy that I forgot to make a birthday post 🫣 our baby turned SEVEN! I’m really not sure how that happened so quickly but we’ve been given another birthday with him and we are GRATEFUL!
I scheduled a surgery for William about 6 months ago and it’s come upon us so quickly! We’ve now driven 4 days to Galveston, Tx and tomorrow is pre op, Wednesday is surgery. William is getting his back released and a whole slew of other things done that he desperately needs. He’s been in a lot of pain for quite awhile now and our prayer is this surgery is the answer.
God has opened every door to make this happen. Jeremy and I stepped out in faith knowing it was possible this entire very expensive surgery could possibly be an out of pocket cost. We pushed forward knowing this is where we were being lead for him. So much prayer, fasting, and time has gone into this and we have such peace about it all❤️ He will be seeing a fantastic orthopedic surgeon that cares deeply about children just like him ❤️
We also have such a great team of therapists lined up to support his recovery and therapy for 2 straight months. We are giving this boy all the opportunity to heal and to be more comfortable in his body ❤️
Anyway, I just wanted to give an update ❤️ William is doing well and thriving and I’m looking forward to healing this week!
