I'm not just a practitioner.

I'm a woman. A mother. And someone who knows what depletion feels like.

The women I meet every day are often carrying so much—caring for families, managing careers, supporting everyone around them, and somehow trying to take care of themselves too.

What I've learned is that many women don't need another thing added to their to-do list.

They need a place to exhale.

A place where they can feel supported, nourished, and cared for without having to hold everything together.

That's one of the reasons I do this work and why creating spaces for women to heal matters so deeply to me.

If this resonates with you, I'd love to hear: What helps you feel supported when life feels overwhelming?

When I was looking for acupuncture and cupping for myself, I kept feeling like something was missing.

Most treatments I found were just cups placed and removed with very little hands-on therapy involved. No massage, minimal tui na, and hardly any sliding cups therapy.

I wanted a treatment that actually felt therapeutic, relaxing, and worth the investment — so I created the experience I was looking for myself ✨

By combining fire cupping with acupuncture, treatments can help release muscle tension, improve circulation, calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support the body naturally.

If you’ve been curious about trying cupping or acupuncture for pain relief, stress, or women’s health support, this is your sign to finally book the appointment 💛

I’m currently still seeing patients in Mission Valley while the new office gets settled and accepting appointments as usual 🙌

I thought I’d be taking a little break during this office transition… but my phone keeps ringing 🌿

People are still reaching out for support, consultations, and guidance, and honestly, that means a lot during a season of change.

So while my physical office space is in transition, I’m still available for virtual herbal consultations 💻🌱

One thing I always remind people is that two people can experience the same symptoms and still need very different support.

That’s why individualized assessments are so important — they allow me to make thoughtful and personalized recommendations based on the whole person, not just the symptom itself.
While the space may be shifting, the care continues.

Feel free to message me if you’d like to schedule a virtual consultation.

🥹 New chapter...

I’m saying goodbye to my little one-room clinic. It may have been small, but it held memories, lessons, and incredible connections that helped shape where I am today.

It’s not easy to close this chapter, but I’m so grateful for the growth that came from it.

I’m excited (and a little emotional) to share that I’m moving into a new multi-room clinic space here in San Diego. This next step means I’ll be able to serve more people and continue growing in what I love doing.

I also want to thank Nayelin Almonte, Nancy Orellana, and the N.O.B. team for giving me a space to grow when I needed it most. That support meant everything.

And to everyone who has supported me—whether you’ve booked with me, referred someone, or simply encouraged me along the way—thank you. Truly.

This next chapter wouldn’t be possible without you 🤍

If you’ve been part of my journey, I’d love your support on this new step—whether that’s sharing, commenting, or coming to visit the new space 💫

She walked in feeling defeated—it showed in her posture and body language. 💔

Pain had become part of her daily routine for so long that she wasn’t even sure what “normal” felt like anymore.

Sleep was restless, energy was low, and emotions like worry, frustration, and sadness weighed heavily on her. 😔

I offered her a gentle, supportive, and non-judgmental space to share what she was experiencing. Together, we created a simple plan—nothing drastic, just consistent care and listening to what her body needed. 🌿

After a couple of treatments, something shifted. ✨
She began walking in smiling. Her appearance improved, and the light in her eyes returned.

By the 5th treatment, she sat down and said with a smile: "I think I'm good." 😊

Her movement improved, the tightness eased, and for the first time in a long while, she felt hopeful that her pain didn’t have to be permanent. 🌅

These are the moments that remind me why I do this work. 💛
Healing doesn’t always happen overnight—but sometimes, with the right support, the body begins to remember how to feel better.

If you’re tired of just dealing with pain, this might be your sign to try a different approach.

Send me a message or book your first session—I’d love to help you feel better. 🌿

Many of the women I work with are the ones everyone depends on.

They run businesses.
They raise families.
They take care of clients, teams, and loved ones.

But somewhere along the way their own well being ends up at the bottom of the list.

Stress accumulates. Pain builds. Sleep suffers.

You deserve care too.

Mind Body Acupuncture was created to provide a sanctuary where women can step away from the constant demands of life and reconnect with themselves.

You don’t need to push through everything alone.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is pause and allow your body to receive support.

✨ If your body has been asking for rest and healing, make some time for yourself and schedule a session today.

One thing I hear all the time from new patients is:

“I was nervous before my first appointment.”

And that is completely normal.

Many people have never experienced Traditional Chinese Medicine before and aren’t sure what to expect.

During your first visit we take time to talk about your health history, lifestyle, stress levels, sleep patterns, and symptoms. This conversation is incredibly important because in Chinese medicine we treat the root cause, not just the symptom.

Your treatment plan may include acupuncture, cupping therapy, herbal medicine, or other
supportive modalities depending on your needs.

Most people leave their first session feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and surprisingly
energized.

If you’ve been curious but hesitant, this is your sign to explore a different path to healing.

✨ Schedule your first session and experience it for yourself.

The mistake people often make with acupuncture is thinking that one or a couple treatments here and there is going to "fix" years of behaviors that have contributed to their issues.

Problem is, after acupuncture, people often go back into their lives and do the same things they've always done.

For some, it may only take a few treatments to be helped. For others, it is what people do on a regular basis that is the issue.

After acupuncture, you're likely going to feel really great. Amazing even and think I'm magic, but the condition is likely to continue. Why? 🤷‍♀️

Because the pattern is unchanged.

Same postural and poor body mechanics
Poor dietary and nutritional habits
Excessive and toxic recreational habits

You don't need another modality. You need a new pattern and a plan. Specifically one aligned with your health goals.

Think of acupuncture like going to the gym. 🏋️‍♀️

After that one workout you're going to feel amazing. Then you're going to go back into your life and do the same things you have always done.

A good trainer will tell you, consistent workouts create real change.

Acupuncture works in the same way.

Regular treatments help you:
• reinforce balance
• build momentum
• create longer-lasting results

Consistency = better outcomes ✨

So many women I meet in my practice waited until their body forced them to slow down.

The headaches became daily.

The stress became overwhelming.
The pain started interfering with work, family, and life.
But the body usually gives us signals long before that.

Traditional Chinese Medicine teaches that health is about balance and circulation of life force energy or Qi.

When that energy becomes blocked, symptoms begin to appear. Pain, fatigue, hormonal imbalance, anxiety, insomnia.

Acupuncture and holistic treatments help restore that natural flow so the body can return to what it was designed to do.

Heal.

My clinic is designed to be a sanctuary where women can finally pause, breathe, and receive the support their body has been asking for.

If you’ve been feeling off, exhausted, or in pain, this might be your body asking for care.

✨ Send me a DM and I’ll help you choose what treatment is best for you.

You've tried everything except a pattern driven traditional medical system. As a woman and a mom, I know stress very well. That's why I treat it in my practice. I provide sanctuary for the emotionally and physically fatigued heart, mind, and body.

Work with me.
