I don’t actually stab people with tiny needles. 😂

I help people feel like themselves again.

I create a peaceful space where you can slow down, breathe, and simply be — so you can leave feeling lighter, brighter, and more energized. ✨

Because acupuncture can create subtle, yet transformative shifts — supporting the body, mind, and spirit in ways that can effect how you feel and move through your world.

So yes…I technically play with fire and leave people in dark rooms. 😂🔥

I’ve had patients cry during or after acupuncture—and I’ve even had someone unexpectedly burst out laughing.

In TCM, we understand the body and mind as deeply interconnected. Each organ system is associated with an element, emotion, function, taste, smell, and sound.

These relationships create a continuous system of communication within the body. When the systems are harmonious, they support and nourish one another.

When that cycle becomes disrupted, the body may communicate that disharmony through physical, emotional, and energetic patterns.

Through concepts like Yin & Yang ☯️ and the Five Element system, TCM looks at these patterns to better understand what your body may be communicating.

Sometimes, as the body settles into a deeper state of relaxation, emotions may naturally surface. That might mean tears, laughter, relief, or simply feeling more grounded afterward.
It doesn’t happen to everyone, and there’s no “right” response.

I honestly thought finding the perfect office space would be the hardest part.

I had no idea what came next.

What I expected to be a relatively straightforward process turned into four months of lease negotiations, financial qualifications, permits, paperwork, and more waiting than I ever imagined. There were moments I genuinely wondered if it was going to happen at all, or if my new business was established enough to get across the finish line.

But today, it finally feels real.

The lease is signed. The flooring is in. Paint starts tomorrow, and I finally got the keys.

It's amazing how much work happens behind the scenes before you can even open the doors.

This experience has taught me patience, persistence, and to keep moving forward even when the path feels uncertain.

I'm so excited to finally share that I'll be welcoming patients this August, and I can't wait to show you the space as it comes together.

Thank you to everyone who has encouraged, supported, and believed in me throughout this journey. Your kind words have meant more than you know.
