Our third annual JSPT bonfire was our biggest one yet! Working with this team is so awesome and we love every opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and get together to enjoy each other’s company. This year, we asked our team whether they wanted to continue our traditional summer bonfire or try something new. The answer was clear: we wanted to keep the fire going and spend time together with our teammates, friends, and families, so that’s exactly what we did.

Just checking to make sure you’re not spiraling because you feel like you haven’t seen progress. 👀

Because progress, especially for little ones, can be microscopic.

Progress might look like touching a veggie they don’t want to eat when you’d rather see them take a bite. Progress might look like looking toward what they want instead of crying. Progress might be one extra second of attention. One tiny attempt at something they couldn’t do before.

When you’re waiting for the big milestones, little moments like these can be really easy to miss.

But they count!

We launched J&S Pediatric Therapy five years ago. From the beginning, we made a commitment to put our friendship first, and that commitment has shaped the culture of our practice.
