Greetings Community 💛

With the long summer days winding down (and the beautiful fall central coast weather winding up 🥰), we're dropping in here to wish you and yours well, give an update, and ask a favor.

What's kept you going these past 18 months of living with COVID and all that comes with it? We'll start off the share with our big resource update: We moved to magical Morro Bay last year, where we brought our office to our home, and we are enjoying more time with our kitties, our kitchen, our garden, our families, and that resource that boosts us like no other - NATURE and Mama Ocean! It's been such a silver lining to the closing of our newly-opened office and community space in downtown SLO in Jan 2020. We are grateful for our fortune, opportunities and privilege.

In order to increase our "findability" for community members who are seeking support, we just verified ourselves on Google Business. In order to have our business become more visible, they suggest that people "rate/review" the business. If you have a moment to offer us and you've had contact with either of us via our acupuncture, psychotherapy or movement classes support, we so appreciate your review!
