A bittersweet farewell to our girl Neida! 💚🥹

Yesterday marked Neida’s last official day as part of the IHT Factor team! After an incredible year with us, she’s stepping into an exciting new chapter after earning her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy! 🎓

We couldn’t be more proud of her accomplishments or more grateful for the energy, dedication, and heart she’s brought to our community.

While we’ll miss having her on the team, she’s not going far! She’ll always be part of our IHT family. 🫶

Three years ago, Mimi was a mom of two stepping into something unfamiliar. Today, she is celebrating the strength she found by giving herself a chance.
