Real taste test. I think they love it?!

We need a second to process this.

Truwild started with one simple belief. That people deserved better than what the supplement industry was selling them. No proprietary blends hiding underdosed ingredients. No artificial junk dressed up in clean packaging. No borrowed credibility from influencers who had never read a label in their life. Just real ingredients, real formulas, and a brand that could look its customers in the eye and explain exactly what was in every product and why.

That belief did not come with a guarantee. It came with a lot of late nights and hard decisions and moments where the easier path was right there and we chose not to take it.

Bristol Farms does not put brands on their shelves because they have a big marketing budget. They put brands on their shelves because their customers demand quality and their customers know the difference. Getting that call meant something to us that goes beyond a retail placement.

It meant the work was real.

Every person who stopped to try Truwild in that store today experienced exactly what we set out to build. Something honest. Something clean. Something that works because of what is in it not because of who is holding it in an ad.

From a laptop to Bristol Farms shelves.

This is what happens when you refuse to compromise on what you believe in.

We are just getting started.

Stop waiting to feel motivated.

Motivation is a feeling. Feelings come and go. If you are building your fitness around how you feel when the alarm goes off at 5am you have already lost. Nobody feels like training every day. Nobody wakes up sore and exhausted and genuinely excited to go push their body to its limit.

You go anyway.

Not because you are disciplined in some superhuman way. Because you made a decision about who you are and what you owe yourself and that decision does not get renegotiated every morning based on how comfortable your bed feels.

I have competed in Ironman triathlons. I train muay thai. I do Hyrox. None of those things happened because I was motivated. They happened because I showed up on the days I did not want to and did the work anyway. Especially on those days.

The people who are in the best shape of their lives at 38 are not more motivated than you. They are more committed. Those are completely different things.

Motivation is borrowed energy. Duty is your own.

When you shift from I should work out to I owe this to myself and the people counting on me everything changes. The negotiation stops. The excuses stop. You just go.

Your body is the one thing you will have for your entire life. Treat the maintenance of it like the non negotiable it is.

Show up. Do the work. Every single day.

That is the whole thing.

Your 30s hit different and nobody prepares you for it.

You are doing everything right on paper. You are eating well, staying active, trying to get enough sleep. But something shifted. The energy is not the same. The recovery takes longer. The brain fog shows up uninvited and stays longer than it should. You chalk it up to being busy or stressed or just getting older.

It is not age. It is your body asking for something different than it needed at 25.

Move your body before you look at your phone. Even twenty minutes. That sequence matters more than the workout itself.

Your 30s are not a decline. They are a recalibration. Give your body what it actually needs and watch what happens.

This is not glamorous. That is the point.

5am. Alarm goes off. My body is sore from yesterday and my brain is already running through the day before my feet hit the floor. Most people would call this a bad morning. I call it a normal one. This is just what it looks like when you refuse to negotiate with yourself.

First thing every morning is Wild Greens in cold water. Twenty two superfoods in thirty seconds. No blender, no prep, no excuses. My body gets what it needs before the day has a chance to get in the way.

Then I train. Not because I always feel like it. Because the version of me that shows up for everything else in my life is built in these hours. The business decisions, the hard conversations, the creative work. All of it is sharper when the body has been taken care of first.

Some days it is lifting. Some days it is a long run. Some days it is the muay thai gym getting humbled by someone half my age. The format changes. The commitment does not.

HYDRATE goes with me everywhere. No sugar, no crash, just clean electrolytes that keep me going through a two hour session without feeling like I borrowed energy from tomorrow.

By the time most people are starting their day I have already done the most important thing I will do all day.

Taking care of myself is not separate from the business. It is the foundation the business is built on.

Protect your mornings. Everything else follows.

This is the question nobody in the industry wants you to ask.

I have been inside this business long enough to know exactly how most greens powders are made. A brand finds a contract manufacturer, picks a stock formula from a catalog, adds a logo, and charges you $90 because the packaging looks premium and the influencer holding it has a million followers.

What they do not tell you is that most of those formulas are severely underdosed. The ingredients are in there. Technically. But at amounts so small they cannot do anything meaningful in your body. It is called label dressing. You put just enough of an ingredient to list it on the label and not enough to actually work. The consumer sees a long impressive ingredient list and assumes more is more.

It is not more. It is theater.

The second problem is absorption. You can have the right ingredients at the right doses and still waste most of it if the formula is not built for bioavailability. Most greens powders are not. They are built for cost efficiency and shelf appeal.

When I developed Wild Greens I started with one question. What would actually get into someone’s body and do something real. Twenty two superfoods. Every single one dosed to work not just to appear. Moringa, ashwagandha, spirulina, reishi, chlorella, and seventeen more working together the way nature intended them to.

One hundred percent USDA certified organic. Mixes in cold water in thirty seconds.

Your greens powder should be working as hard as you are.

If you cannot feel the difference within two weeks you are taking the wrong one.

The sports drink industry has been lying to you for decades.

I have been an athlete my entire life. I have also spent years inside the supplement industry seeing exactly how these products get made. And the dirty secret is that most electrolyte products are sodium, maybe some potassium, a lot of sugar, and artificial dye. That is it. They dress it up with clinical sounding language and put it in clean packaging and charge you a premium for something that costs pennies to make.

I was not willing to build that product.

When I developed HYDRATE I started with a simple question. What does the human body actually need to perform at its best and recover the fastest. Not what looks good on a label. Not what is cheapest to manufacture. What actually works.

The answer was more interesting than salt and water.

Ocean minerals from red seaweed that deliver a full spectrum of trace minerals your body loses when you sweat. Amino acids that rebuild muscle while you hydrate instead of making you wait for a separate recovery product. Real watermelon and lemon juice powder for flavor with zero added sugar. Aquamin from marine algae for calcium and magnesium that your cells actually absorb.

Everything in there has a reason to be there. Nothing is filler.

Real hydration is not about replacing what you lost. It is about giving your body everything it needs to keep going and recover faster at the same time.

Salt is just the beginning.
