Almost every surgeon would have shaved this bridge down. I didn't. 👃

This was a revision — her first rhinoplasty was with a different surgeon. Most surgeons reduce the bridge on every nose and hand everyone the same generic result, erasing what makes a face unique. Instead I preserved her bridge height to protect her ethnic identity, straightened the nose from every angle, and lifted and defined the tip. The proof it was done right? This result is nearly 10 years old.
