THIS is what it looks like to UPGRADE šŸ’ŖšŸ¼

Let me guess… you workout a couple times a week, maybe take some classes, try to eat healthy and get your steps in but you STILL look in the mirror and feel like nothing is changing šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø

I know that feeling. I was stuck there for YEARS.

And I know how easy it is to convince yourself that maybe that’s just how your body is. Maybe you’re not one of those girls who gets to have the body she actually wants. Maybe you’re just meant to be a little ā€œthickerā€.

BUT here’s what I see over and over with the women who come to me:

They’re doing too much of the wrong things and not enough of the right ones.

→ working out 5–6x a week but not following a plan or progressively overloading
→ eating ā€œhealthyā€ but have no clue how many calories they’re eating and getting nowhere near enough protein to ACTUALLY build anything
→ doing cardio to compensate for their late night snacks and saturday brunch instead of following a plan and training with intention
→ starting over every monday because the diet they’re trying to follow is way to strict and doesn’t leave room for life to be LIVED

Effort wasn’t the problem. Their method was.

And if you’ve been spinning your wheels, stuck in the mindset of eat less and move more but aren’t seeing the changes you want… your’s probably is too.

When you go through the UPGRADE, there’s no more guessing. No more failing and starting over. No more feeling like your body is working against you.

Growing up I was always the cute one…

the girl next door, ya know?

Never the hot one or the sexy one or the baddie.

BUT when I started teaching fitness classes…

I WAS šŸ˜

The weirder, louder, and sassier I got, the more my classes grew. So I leaned into my dominant, more masculine traits instead of trying to be soft, feminine, and pErFeCtLy CuRaTeD like everyone else.

I was never going to fit into the clean wellness girl aesthetic with the pinterest-board life, even though there was a time I desperately tried to be.

I’ve always been somewhere in the middle. Not quite type A but not fully type B either… so let’s just call it type C

C is for chaotic. I want to do it ALL.

And honestly, for most of my life I thought that was a flaw.

I felt like being in the wellness industry meant I wasn’t allowed to go out, dance my ass off at music festivals, or be loud and sometimes messy. But that’s what makes me ME.

I’m a gym rat AND a booth baddie. I love dancing until 4am just as much as waking up at 4am to take my supps, make my protein coffee, and hit a workout.

There’s equal chances you’ll catch me on the dance floor or in the weight room.

I’m always down for a skinny spicy marg because I’ve already hit my protein goal for the day and paired it with fermented veggies to keep my blood sugar regulated and my gut health on point so my body has everything it needs to recover.

Whoever said you can’t do both must have been one boring ass b*tch…

I’m sorry but I’m so over the soft girl era.
