Another gratitude post! Thank you to the universe for making me the instrument to help others🙏. Another patient came in with lot complex health issues and in just 5 visits is doing much better.
I worked with him with acupuncture, cupping, meditation, breathing exercises, supplement, journaling and so much more..! He took the initiative and worked on himself too.. when the patient takes ownership they get better sooner.

Some patients choose to take action.. this is another testimony of one of my patients who came every time he suffered from an injury and sought help to get better. He is a very spirited athlete and is always on the go exploring new adventures. When he is hurt he is mindful to rest recover and be ready for his next adventure.

Sharing another patient gratitude review 🙏. This patient has seen me in person only few times and is now out of town. He had a flu/ cold and was suffering from hacking cough and fatigue for more than a week after. He did a phone consultation and took the supplements as advised. This cough is gone and his energy is back.
Grateful to the universe that I chose this path and am able to help!

Happy Holi 🎉! Some solo snaps! Sometimes I hear from some of you of how do I get time to travel or go to beach so often….

Life is all about priorities! When I was single myself was the only priority… my education, career, hobbies,sleep etc. with family that ‘I’ was spread across ‘we’ I kind of had to shrink myself in the growing ‘we’. I think it often happens to most of us. I am so grateful today that my kids are grown up and independent and I can focus my life back again on myself and US (Dinesh and I).

There is a four burner theory which defines, family, career, friends and work as four burners that we juggle between. We want it all but it is impossible to have it all at once… one need to develop the skill to prioritize 3 and turn 1 off as needed. Most of the time when I was too busy with work/ education/family, I ended up slowing on friends and social life. Have you ever thought of life in this respect? Which burner can you turn off to avoid burn out?

It had been a while since I communicated with you all. Last few months kept me busy in travel, busy in clinic and catching up with CEU and some personal stuff! Glad to be back to share some patient testimony of healing.. this patient walked in clinic with a cane in hand pain in low back and leg. She couldn’t move and even drive. Her friend who referred her to me personally drove her to clinic. I am so grateful to her friend for helping her get to clinic and seek help. Her MRI findings were normal and she had been suffering with sciatica pain of 9/10 for couple of months. She was bed ridden.
After the first treatment her pain went down to 4/10 and after 2 nd treatment it was 2/10, when she walked in for her 3 rd treatment she walked in straight without a cane and she called the pain level more as discomfort.. she drove herself and had resumed work.
I had treated her with cupping moxabustion and acupuncture needles.
Grateful to universe for allowing me to help people in pain get better 🙏.
