This 59-year-old patient underwent a deep plane facelift, fat grafting to the cheeks, transpalpebral corrugator resection, and postoperative skin resurfacing.

What makes this case particularly interesting is the combination of structural and surface-level work. The deep plane facelift addresses the foundational lifting and repositioning, fat grafting restores lost volume through the cheeks, the transpalpebral corrugator resection softens the frown lines between the brows, accessed through the eyelid, leaving no visible scar, and skin resurfacing refines texture and tone at the surface level.

Each procedure targets a different layer of aging. Together, they create a result that feels cohesive and natural rather than isolated.

One of the most common questions I hear in consultations: "Can we do everything at once?"

It's a fair question. But my answer is almost always the same: two shorter anesthetics is significantly safer than one long one, even when that means two separate recoveries.

I understand that's not always convenient. Timing surgery around work, family, and life is real, and I don't take that lightly. But as a physician, my first obligation is patient safety. These are real procedures, and they deserve to be treated that way, with careful planning and genuine concern for what's best for the patient, not just what's most efficient.

Every treatment plan I create is built around that principle first. To learn more about what a personalized surgical plan could look like for you, schedule a consultation through the link below.

This 56-year-old patient underwent a deep plane face and neck lift, fat grafting to the cheeks, and a lip lift.

What stands out here is the overall harmony of the result. A lifted, defined jawline and neck, restored volume through the cheeks, and improved lip proportion. Each element works together rather than in isolation. This is the goal of every treatment plan: comprehensive rejuvenation that looks balanced and entirely natural.

The deep plane technique addresses the underlying structure of the face, not just the surface, which is what allows results like this to look refreshed rather than operated on.

There is nothing more meaningful than hearing directly from our patients about their experience.

"From the first consultation to the last visit after my procedure, the entire staff was extraordinary. Every question answered, and I had a lot!! Staff was just a phone call away just in case I needed to chat over the weekend. They treat you like family. I highly recommend Dr. Bolitho for any type of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery."

The patient experience doesn't begin in the operating room. It begins the moment you reach out. We're committed to making every step of the process feel supported, informed, and personal. That's what every patient deserves.

This 76-year-old patient underwent a deep-plane face and neck lift, fat grafting to the cheeks, upper and lower blepharoplasty, a lip lift, an upper lip fascial graft, and left otoplasty.

Age is rarely a reason to rule out facial rejuvenation. What matters most is overall health, anatomy, and having a thoughtful, individualized surgical plan. For the right candidate, the results speak for themselves.

Here, we see a smoother, more defined jawline and neck, restored volume through the cheeks, refreshed and more open eyes, and improved balance and proportion through the lips, all while maintaining a result that looks entirely natural and true to her.

This 57-year-old patient is shown three weeks following a deep plane face and neck lift, with upper and lower blepharoplasty, fat grafting to the cheeks, and a lip augmentation.

At three weeks, swelling has resolved significantly, and the results already reflect a smoother jawline, refreshed eyes, and restored volume through the cheeks and lips, with results continuing to refine in the months ahead.

A comprehensive, individualized approach allows multiple concerns to be addressed in harmony for a natural, balanced outcome.

A common question in consultations: what's the actual difference between a neck lift and a facelift?

Many patients come in focused entirely on their neck and aren't yet considering a facelift. But the neck and jowl are closely connected, both anatomically and visually. An isolated neck lift is absolutely an option, and many patients are excellent candidates for exactly that.

That said, addressing the neck often brings noticeable improvement to the jowl area as well. Part of a thorough consultation is helping patients understand that what they're describing as "neck" concerns may actually involve the lower face too, so they can make a fully informed decision about what will get them the results they're looking for.

One of the most important principles in facial rejuvenation is treating the face as a whole rather than focusing on a single area.

For this 59-year-old patient, I performed a deep plane face and neck lift, fat grafting to the cheeks, upper and lower blepharoplasty, temporal brow lift, upper lip composite graft, and perioral dermabrasion.

Each procedure addressed a different aspect of facial aging:
➡️ The deep plane lift restored definition to the jawline and neck.
➡️ Fat grafting replenished volume loss in the cheeks.
➡️ Upper and lower blepharoplasty refreshed the eye area.
➡️ The temporal brow lift elevated and softened the upper face.
➡️ An upper lip composite graft improved lip shape and support.
➡️ Perioral dermabrasion refined the texture around the mouth.

If you are considering facial rejuvenation surgery, a consultation allows us to discuss which combination of procedures may be appropriate for your goals. https://bolithomd.com/contact/
