Stop by our booth to pick up a free copy of the Flourishing Families Resource Guide, featuring additional programs, services and support for families with disabilities throughout San Diego and Imperial Counties.

Families will have the opportunity to learn more about Regional Center services, discover new opportunities in the disability community and connect with helpful community partners.

Enjoy a quieter, sensory-friendly morning at the Fleet Science Center! ✨

This Saturday, June 20, doors open one hour early for visitors with sensory needs and their families. Explore the museum from 9–10 a.m., followed by a special screening of Pandas at 10 a.m. with the house lights on and the volume lowered.

Siblings of children with disabilities often have big feelings, unique experiences and support needs of their own.

Our friends at Eat Play Love Occupational Therapy are offering the Super Sibs Summer Class starting July 13. This therapist-led support group gives children a safe and welcoming space to connect with peers who understand, build confidence, practice coping skills and enjoy fun, play-based activities.

Looking for an inclusive surf experience in San Diego? We recently met the director at Surf Education Academy, and their program is worth checking out.

S.E.A. offers adaptive surf lessons at La Jolla Shores for individuals with physical disabilities, neurodiverse participants and anyone who needs extra support getting into the water.

Their expert team works with participants of all ages year-round to make surfing accessible, encouraging and fun. They accept regional center and self determination program funds.
