I was not satisfied with the output this week. Too many distractions. I'm seeking a writers retreat near a UC. I expect to study remotely but within the UC system. That means means in the state of California accessible by public transit. I'' try again after opening the doors of life. Join me.

Shift focus

Pregong is the bookend to Progong. In Pregong we embrace true early childhood development in synch with brain construction. I have short term financing goals and need a project planner. Will a particular AI give best project cost estimates?

Here is the list of countries which have preapproved funding: Colombia, Ecuador, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Morocco, Pakistan, Romania,
Senegal, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, and Vietnam. My guess is India or Pakistan might be suited to a seven year research project. 250,000 for our project is not a lot. I was hoping for 500 families. That would be in Africa targeting Gates foundation.

PROGONG, a new practice, is honored to invite you to accept a gift--- free of pain.
Do you know when you feel pain? Some cannot tell. Others are confused and think when they have some pain it is pleasure. That is an insidious mistake. Progong can help you to recognize and even relieve some pain.
This is energy work.
The practice has a long history in Qi Gong and other respected Martial Arts. Why is Progong new?
Someone thought getting massage into the hands of the affected might provide relief. Use your imagination. You can certainly do Progong at a gym, a swimming place, on any surface or even standing beside a tree.
Read on to learn.
Clear your workspace or studio of any distractions. Cover the clocks and make no appointments for two hours. Have your shade hat, mosquito net or sprays at the ready. If you are obese have a chair nearby. You may lean on a chair, walker, the wall or anyone who lets you.
You should be naked but you might instead wear a kaftan, robe, sarong or any loose clothing proving full range of motion.
Begin by stretching both arts overhead slowly.
remember no pain. If any presents, back off until it stops.
At the of your first two armed reach you exhale and slowly lower from the waste only as far as you can go without curling.
The whole transition should take ten seconds. Repeat four times. Never push and movement.
Instead feel energy pulling you.
Next open the doors of life. From Qigong, the arms dangle at your sides and you let them wave/wrap around you alternating sides and activating the important organs beneath.
You want to use your fingers and your toes in new ways or possibly forgotten. Each arm gets its own practice. Stretch it straight in front of your shoulder. The fingers fan out and reach. The hand will bend back and use the other hand to give and extra stretch.
Through all of this warm up you are moving slowly.

What is your first memory of pain? Does it correlate with your pain today?
Pregong will teach strategies to children to recognize and know how to adapt to their evolution.
the theory suggests aspiring parents train for practicing a year before they conceive,
Make no assumptions you will be a suitable Pregong parent. Don't fret. It won't be up to me.

Painless? before I practiced Progong I was arthritic. Currently my only pain has been sinus infection. Augmentin appears to help. So I had to go to the doctor to improve my status. Progong has been enough to manage all the chronic pain for several years. Since I'm sooo old, donations only please. This not for profit is not yet registered. There will also be a go fund me and other stuff. This is not greed, it's a panic attack. Ariel is uncomfortable and asked me to show this for sale. We bought it by mistake and it has to sell. It's in Baja. The solid piece is very tall and holds a lot. The campsite we just rented is beyond fabulous and each bedroom has floor to ceiling wall to wall hard wood closets and cabinets. It's awesome. So someone in Baja gets to win this one for only a thousand USD.
