Your back hurts? Maybe the problem isn't your back. The real culprit might be lower than you think. 🦶

Your body works like a chain. When one link is off, everything above it has to compensate, and that chain starts at your feet.

Flat feet roll your feet inward, which can affect your knees, hips, pelvis, and lower back. Bunions can change how you walk and shift your weight unevenly with every step. Stiff ankles can alter your walking pattern and add strain to your knees, hips, and lower back.

Nervous for a first time neck adjustment? No worries, it's easy peasy. 😅

That's a real first-timer in this video, getting his very first neck adjustment.

Most of the nerves come from not knowing what to expect. Here's what actually happens: we start with a full history and exam, we find the exact segment that needs attention using hands-on palpation, nervoscope readings, and X-rays when needed, and then we adjust only that segment. No twisting your head around, no guessing.
