A lift and an augmentation can solve two very different concerns at the same time.

This 41-year-old patient wanted to address breast droopiness while also restoring more fullness. She underwent a breast augmentation with mastopexy, combining a breast lift with 200cc implants on each side.

The lift addresses position and shape, while the implants add volume. Together, they can create a fuller, more lifted result without relying on a larger implant to do all the work.
