Marketing & Development Assistant

Love telling great stories, throwing memorable events, and doing work that matters?
Join our team at The Arc of San Diego! We’re looking for a creative, people-first marketer to bring fresh energy to our fundraising, community campaigns, and social media.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Helping dream up and run engaging fundraising campaigns and community events
• Spotlighting our impact through social posts, emails, and storytelling projects
• Digging up exciting new grant and donor opportunities
• Keeping donors feeling loved with thoughtful outreach and appreciation

What You Bring to the Team
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, events, or nonprofit work (or equivalent experience)
• A way with words, a knack for eye-catching content, and solid Microsoft Office chops
• Top-notch organizational skills (spreadsheets don't scare you)
• A valid CA Driver’s License, current insurance, and clean record
• Bonus points if you're bilingual in English and Spanish!
