Barbell complex… 5X each no breaks:
deads, stiff leg deads, bent over rows, cleans, front squats, overhead presses, squats, behind head press, rows. YEs, the weight is too light for true deadlifts, squats & rows, but i am limited to overhead press weight. This is more about full body endurance 💕💪🏼
