After using yoga to heal myself from chronic back pain, I have been on a mission to empower people to actively participate in their own healing and regeneration. My journey began over 20 years ago when I worked in the Spanish radio industry. I suddenly found myself suffering from chronic lower back pain. In search of relief, I developed a dedicated yoga practice which helped to deeply heal my body

. My restoration was life-changing and inspired me on my path to teaching yoga. As a Yoga Therapist, the most important thing for me is to make yoga accessible to all. For over two decades, I’ve taught in various settings, from private and studio classes to shelters, schools, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and churches. I love creating positive environments that are self-paced and inclusive. My approach to teaching stems from the unique needs of each individual. Through my own healing journey and after helping hundreds of clients, I know what it is like to suffer or feel like the only option you have is a lifetime of painkillers. I want to show you how you can live pain-free, get better sleep, manage your stress, improve your strength, and create a brand new relationship with your body. Chronic Pain

My specialties include pre and post-natal yoga, pelvic floor work, and posture and gait alignment. I also focus on helping individuals living with autoimmune diseases, chronic pain, scoliosis and PTSD. As a Yoga Therapist, I am passionate about anatomy and the biomechanics of movement, and this informs how I approach the application of asanas for mind-body wellness. Praises:

I credit Natalie's exquisite yoga (life) classes with bringing my son back to life after nearly dying from a severe chronic health condition. Her compassionate and fun loving life force, along with her understanding of yoga, human beings and the pain response are a combination that cannot be matched. I now enjoy Natalie's classes regularly and cannot recommend her more! Natalie is an excellent yoga teacher who shares her love of yoga and her knowledge on how the body works with enthusiasm, kindness and humor. Her work is suitable for all levels of yoga experience. As a novice yoga student, I was at first intimidated by the idea of joining a class, but attending Natalie's classes over the years, gave me the confidence and reassurance to practice regularly. She is an inspiring teacher and a great human being. Until I began to practice with Natalie, I tried yoga at a number of yoga studios and gyms. I often found myself injured. Nine years ago I connected with Natalie, and because of her knowledge of the human body; her precise, technical instructions; and her warmth, compassion and sense of humor, I have a better understanding of my body. Natalie was able to adjust my practice to fit me. I now I am confident that I can have an injury free practice, and keep improving whether in a studio, online or at home.

Hi everyone,
I just wrote this and wanted to share it here.
If you or someone you know is going through mysterious or chronic health issues, or if the idea of taking a few minutes each day to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself feels supportive, please feel free to share it.

There are days I wake up and she’s there — the version of me I recognize. She has energy. She has ideas bubbling up before her feet hit the floor. She makes plans, starts things, feels the pull of possibility. On those days, I feel fully, completely myself. And then there are the other days. The o...

I’ve been navigating a mysterious illness since August — one that brought a lot of fatigue, brain fog, and uncertainty. It’s asked me to be still in ways I never expected.
But through it all, breath has been one of the few things that kept me going.
That’s where 30 Days of Breath was born. A donation-based breathwork course created from lived experience — not a textbook.
Pay what you can, or nothing at all. Everyone is welcome.
Launches June 1. Register today!

Experience daily breathing practices to regulate your nervous system, reduce stress, and cultivate awareness for a calmer, more grounded life.
