🌈 As we navigate through midlife, the importance of stepping out of our comfort zones has never been clearer.

It’s time to challenge the limits we’ve subconsciously set for ourselves!

Embracing new forms of exercise not only keeps our bodies agile, but also invigorates our spirits.

Maybe it’s hiking that mountain you’ve always looked at with longing, or enrolling in that challenging spin class.

Life is too precious to hold back—let’s choose movement, joy, and adventure over stagnation.

Celebrate each milestone, no matter how small!

❤️,
Anna.

If you’re a woman over 40, you’re probably targeted with endless health tips and shoulds—eat more protein, cut carbs, lift heavy, try this supplement, avoid that food.

It never ends… and it’s exhausting.

Every day, there’s a new social media post telling you what to eat, what to avoid, how to exercise, or what supplement will “fix” you.

One day, carbs are the enemy; the next, you’re supposed to eat more whole grains. Eggs for protein, no eggs for breakfast. Blueberries yes but not with banana. Weight training? But you need to lift heavy, otherwise is a waste of time.

It’s confusing and, honestly, overwhelming—especially when you’re already dealing with perimenopause symptoms, and changes in your body or mood and a stressful life.

The truth is, a lot of media and wellness content is designed to make you feel bad so you’ll buy something.

The more confused or insecure you are, the more likely you’ll look for a quick fix.

But here’s the reality: old school health advice is what really works.
Decades of studies show that the basics—eating mostly real food, watching your portions, moving your body regularly, getting enough sleep, and not smoking—matter more than any trendy diet or “miracle” product.

It’s not flashy, but it works, even after 40.

Sticking to these basics helps with weight, mood, and overall health, even as your body changes.

You don’t have to overhaul your life every time a new trend pops up—consistency matters more than perfection.

Honestly, I used to be part of the problem—sharing tips nonstop and overcomplicating things. Now, I try to keep it simple and focus on the basics, because that’s what really makes a difference if you stick with it.

It’s normal to feel lost sometimes, and it’s okay not to have everything figured out.

Talk to real friends who get what you’re going through—chances are, they’re just as confused as you are.

Remember: you’re not failing because you’re tired of the noise. You’re human.

So stick to the basics, cut yourself some slack, and tune out the hype when you can.

You’re doing better than you think, and you’re definitely not alone.

Stop telling us how to feel or what to want.

Are we ever going to be let to want whatever we want for ourselves without being shamed?

It’s contradictory to say that we are wrong if we want to look thin (because somehow we are contributing to objectification ) and then tell us that we should lift weights and increase our muscle mass instead.

We are not “glorifying” thinness if we want to look thin.
What about if we are genetically predisposed to being thin?

Either way, we can’t get any peace, can we?

Sorry about the rant. Woke up spicy today.

Anna.

Why complicate things?
I lost 12 lbs in 3 months without having to overthink it.
And this for@ulta works for everyone.
Because most women have rest resting, metabolic rates of 1500 cal on average.
So if you control caloric input and increase caloric expenditure, and do it consistently, results will come.
And this can be adjusted for weight maintenance as well.
Yes, there are a few details that I left out on this video, but I will make more videos explaining it a little further.
Thank you for being here.
Let me know how I can help.

❤️,
Anna.

Sharing what I do when I feel blah, or depressed or unmotivated.
I give myself a day. That’s it.
Force myself to move the next day.
No excuses. You plan it. You follow through.
It works 90% of the time.
You control WHAT you do, HOW you react or deal with the situation.
You’re not a victim. You’re a warrior. A life warrior.

❤️,
Anna.
