Hi, I’m Kaley! C.A.Y.A. (sounds like “hi ya”👋) stands for Come As You Are.

The mission behind C.A.Y.A. Yoga is to create a space where yoga can serve as an introspective, meditative and healing experience to its students.

Yoga has been a huge part of my mental-health journey personally, and after completing my 200hr YTT this past Fall 2023, I felt called to share the nourishment I’ve found in the practice with others. C.A.Y.A. is a community that meets people where they are—physically and mentally.

I am passionate about the mind-body connection that yoga provides its students. I guide yoga with its intended philosophy in mind of working to answer the three key questions of the universe - the ones that connect all of us and our journeys in this life:
Who am I?
Why do I suffer?
How can I mend the suffering?

I am also very passionate about maintaining the authenticity of the practice through Sanskrit pronunciation of the asanas.

I can’t wait to take this journey together.🤗🌙💫🧘‍♀️
