And just like that… I squeezed my most precious things into my car and left my home of the last 24 yrs!!

I came for graduate school in marriage and family therapy in 2002… and stayed for a couple decades of deep learning of relationships both personal and professional.

I ended up with not one, but 2 graduate degrees. Not one, but 2 children. And not one, but 3 relationships (1 business partnership) and a pandemic that left me financially devastated.

But the thing about me is I always bounce back stronger. I’m a master of regeneration and transformation 🔥

This last relationship was unique in that he weaponized a law meant to protect women to intentionally financially harm me (while hosting circles on social justice themes).

He couldn’t destroy me.. even though he had a strategic surprise attack.. the GODDESS comes through every time with divine alignment and support 😍

Because whatever dirt someone is flinging around down here in this material world, the energy world is stronger (you can’t hide from energy). And I have integrity on my side.

He just set me free 🕊️

I wrote this and then saw “left lovers”. I’ve left a lot of lovers. I suppose lovers who get left a lot are also “leftovers”. Leftovers do not stay fresh, vital, they are stagnant.

If my lover is not growing, and evolving, we’re not gonna work out. I’ve got Pluto in the 1st house. I’m a 3/5 Generator. I’m here to continually transform, be in motion, and learn through trial and error. I’m endlessly curious and always experimenting.

And I can’t be in an unhealthy relationship. I’ve really tried: Stay together for the kids, or stay together for economic security, or stay because they have so much potential. But my body always suffers. I start to slowly lose myself.

And that is how relationship has been historically designed in a patriarchy, in a hierarchy of dominance.

The woman self abandons for the family, for the man. She plays the submissive adaptable role at her own expense or she doesn’t get acceptance, approval, belonging, companionship or “protection”.

Women are “decentering men” now for survival. Because in the end losing yourself and your health isn’t worth the illusion of economic security or protection. We are moving away from a material world.

Your energy, your health, is your currency.

And we don’t need to decenter anyone. Let them be and re-center yourself.

In your movie in which you are the protagonist, what dreams, desires, adventures, and experiences are you here to have?

I can almost guarantee nobody came here to be a wife or even a mother. Those are just roles, they don’t fully describe the infinitely deep soul you are.

I’m in a season of enormous life change, so it feels like time to reintroduce myself.

For those of you who don’t know me, I’m Natasha.

I am a solo mom of 2 teens and a puppy. I’m neurodivergent. I have 3 degrees and 4 certifications that I use every day. I’m a mind-body health nut, a 5th wave feminist, a music lover, and a passionately free spirit.

My work guides soulful earth dwellers through the underworld and back to their radiant light.

I hold a lot.
I give a lot.
My heart is big.

To transmute and release all of the intense emotion of the human experience I feel, hold, and witness.. the darkness, the pain, the grief, the betrayal, the rage, the shame… I dance.

Sensual, erotic dance. Until I’m in a blissful altered state of sweat and sweetness. This is my medicine.

A few nights ago, my soul sister Meghan and I were dancing together, tilling the soil, pollinating, and watering a season of enormous life change.

A few songs in, entranced, she asked permission to grab her camera. This is what happened.

I describe myself as quite vanilla.. I find the erotic in the everyday experience of my senses, of being in a body. I don’t need to go looking for it.

It is a beautiful thing to be witnessed in your truth, in your story ❤️

I’ve been working with Archangel Michael for 13 yrs.

He first came to me in meditation as a blue light that felt safe and solid and “fatherly” in the most gentle yet powerful way.

He was revealed to me more clearly as the week went on and eventually recognized by a spiritual channel.

That was a major turning point in my trajectory.

I communed with him for 20 minutes of meditation each morning, after cleansing my energy centers. I now know that in shamanism that is called “the illumination process”.

A profound part of my work with clients has been recreating the spiritual father and mother to resource in ways flesh and blood parents couldn’t - b/c they were consumed in their own intergenerational trauma.

This begins the process of energetically reparenting themselves, filling emotional longings, preparing for healthier romantic relationships from a place of emotional sovereignty and security.

It’s important to note that this spiritual work is most effective within practical grounded consistent action aligned with relationship science (not just hope and prayers). This is what I bring, with advanced training in both worlds.

And then there’s the personal work. To me, AAM has been like a big brother - a protector to healers - sometimes I feel him literally carrying me as I’m weary from traveling the shadow world.

But he’s also been teaching me how to embody my own healthy inner masculine energy. Using a sword of truth & integrity with kindness yet formidable strength. Creating calm from chaos.

You know the game of spelling things backward to find dual meaning? My name Natasha (Russian for Natalie = natal = Christmas = Christ’s birth or rebirth) spelled backwards is ah satan. Satan, in this context, is not something to be feared.. it is simply the opposite of light, the shadow underworld: what’s hidden, repressed, comes out sideways, and not of the light or highest vibration. It’s the place where trauma, pain, illness, and stuck energies live. Objectively, that has often been described as “hell”.

I’m here to bring shadows to light. And we can all do it right now. With a little bravery. And AAM 💎😉

Green juice prep in compostable bags makes it more likely I’ll juice during busy work weeks 🌱🍏

It’s the chopping that takes so much time, but if I do it all at once while listening to my astrology forecasts or audio books, it’s quite a fulfilling pleasure.

What is it for you that having to do daily is a chore, but doing all at once is actually quite pleasurable?

Also.. do you juice?

I don’t like mine too sweet as I’m mindful of sugar so I only use a small amount of green apple in my recipes.

Except for AfroBEET - that’s my own beet juice recipe I created one morning while dancing to Afrobeats (impossible not to feel joy with Afrobeats, amiright?)

My AfroBEET Juice is sweet, spicy, and intense… just like me! It’s got beets, grapefruit, carrots, ginger, turmeric, lime.

I love fresh juice because it gives skin a beautiful glow and increases blood flow.. which increases focus in the brain and results in rosy cheeks and lips too 👄

If I don’t have time to chop and juice, I use Circulate+ in my electrolytes in the morning. The link is in bio if you’d like to try it - I noticed a difference in one day! It stays stocked in my pantry.

Many of us with ADHD and/or hEDS often have reduced circulation due to irregular connective tissues that cause our nervous system to be easily dysregulated, blood flow to the brain to be reduced, and our veins to be weaker - which impacts blood pressure, blood flow and circulation. Increasing circulation through nutrition can help a lot. So can proper hydration and electrolytes.

I hope this has been some food for thought!

New hair car selfie has taken a serious turn 🔥 But if this truth can save you the pain I’ve gone through, I’m compelled to speak it.

This series was inspired by a post on why he claims women’s tears are manipulative by

Lisa is doing great work on helping women understand and escape abuse. Her posts demonstrate a razor sharp understanding of how these men (sometimes women) move.

The reason I say “men” is because entitlement and misogyny is driving this behavior and that comes from power imbalance in our larger culture.

If you are dealing with emotional abuse, you need to know this info to get safe and reclaim your own authority.

If you are not dealing with emotional abuse & narcissistic power games (and want to avoid it) it’s crucial that you understand the psychology of the abuser and the dynamic they will coerce you into.

P.s. Let’s be real… who is NOT affected by narcissistic power games at this point? We ALL need to understand this in 2026.
